FooDao Privacy Policy

 

The following describes various aspects of our policy concerning personally identifiable information in conjunction with your use of FooDao services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the FooDao services, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, and location information from your device (if you have those settings enabled). If you make purchases through the services, we also collect your payment information, which may include your credit card or debit card number. We use this information to fulfill orders you place, perform internal operations such as fraud prevention, facilitate communications between you and us and drivers who will deliver to you, send communications that may be of interest to you, and otherwise personalize the services you receive.

 

PARTIES WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share information we collect with a number of third parties involved in providing the services, including restaurants, drivers who will deliver to you, third party consultants, our email marketing provider. We also provide certain information about you as required to use third party services to notify you via text message that your order is arriving or delayed. We share your information in connection with our use of third-party analytics tools.

 

REVIEWING AND REQUESTING CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION

You can review certain of your personal information (e.g., contact information) within your account profile page, and change your payment. As the services evolve, we may offer you the ability to change your name, cell phone and email address from within your account.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes in the way, we treat your personal information, or to the Privacy Policy, we will provide you notice through the services or by some other means, such as email. Your continued use of the services after such notice constitutes your consent to the changes. DO NOT TRACK

We do not track users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to “do not track” signals. Third parties that have content embedded within the service such as a social feature may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific location from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the service unless you provide it to them directly.
